Just days before most of the leaves fell off of the trees, blanketing the ground from the first freeze.

I love the feeling of these images soft, sweet, loving and all in beautiful nature!

I first met this family when Finley was a few days old!

She has gotten so big and just precious.

Now, they are expecting number TWO!

I cannot wait to meet this new tiny babe in the spring.

What a beautiful family with two very good dogs.

They will be having a baby boy to dote on… very soon.

I couldn’t help – but to laugh A LOT… throughout the session…

because Jayce, the beautiful mama to be, was so patient, easy going and beautiful as her hair kept whipping her in the face.

She is such a wonderful person.

HELLO!!!  How much fun is that?

Not only is she quite the fashionista, but she is gorgeous…

AND .tiny.

We pushed her maternities back a bit, so that she was as big as could be.

We wound up shooting at 32 weeks, when most gals (ahem, like ME) look large and in charge.

I mean really THIRTY-TWO weeks Bree! Where you hiding that little babe?

I think I looked like that at 18 weeks!

These two make quite the stunning couple, I am sure you will agree.

Imagine what their little babe is going to look like!

I know it was HOT for the two of us, about 100 degrees or more when we were shooting.

Tanner did a great job at keeping her hydrated and dragging my ladder around.

Between the two of us swollen bellied gals and the heat, it made for an interesting and exasperating shoot.

She looks steamy – and I don’t mean in a 104 degree weather way.

The low this week during the day is 98, only because of cloud cover.

I skipped out on a lot of weddings in June-September because I didn’t want to be too pregnant to shoot.

I didn’t want to put myself in an ‘uh oh’ position with a bride and groom.

Being safe is better than being sorry, right?

I am not shooting much right now, but have some editing to finish up and some sessions to blog and share.

I don’t want my blog to get slow, however I don’t want to post too much ‘me’ stuff or my this, my that, my kids, my ______ blah blah blah.

This is an interesting transition time for the business.  I am slowing down in my final weeks before being a mother of three.

It is summer which is traditionally slow, plus I am only in my third summer season at ‘Arden Prucha Photography.’

My desire is to write more on here, that would be fulfilling to readers – so my question is:

What would you want to read and see?

I have had some gals on my FB tell me that I should share “my story.”

A story of being a younger single mama, transitioning into real adulthood and turning it all into a passionate life.

Could be too personal, I don’t know?

Anyway would LOVE to hear some thoughts on things to post from my perspective, or others?… editing, projects, Q+A, before/after, locations, how to _____, etc.

So please leave me some ‘shu-ghestions’ in the comment section!

Just wanted to update the blog, update people who read and pop by to view some pretty pictures.

I will post photos, I need to go out and take photos of ‘things, life, landscapes, objects, etc.’ While I don’t have much on the books.

Time to really practice on my eye – viewing things in a different light, a different perspective, take off typical ‘Arden’ eyes and really pull out an artist.’

Her first, sweet baby boy!  I cannot wait for our kiddos to play together.

Expecting their first baby boy, any minute now!

Ryan managed Scat, where he met the beautiful Jordan… so it’s only natural to start their session right there where they met; after-all it is a beautiful urban alley!

She was just a natural in front of the camera…A little off camera  flash action!

I am in love with this moment in a couple’s life.

The thing is, Steph lives in NYC and not only that she was in the process of moving to Napa… so it was very important to have this time captured.

Photos with her best friends, with their fine taste and beautiful details they created for the shower,

and also some sweet and intimate images of her… with her beautiful blossoming belly.

It was great!  We treated as a full portrait session, with several different outlets:  maternity portraits, friends, fun, food!

(if you have recently heard, I am pregnant, so looking at these food photos is making me drool… yummmmmy!)

Stephanie is a doll.  She is super friendly, wonderfully kind, and BEAUTIFUL!

Also her friends were gorgeous, fun and so sweet!

You’ll notice she’s a natural in front of the camera – glowing, prepping for mommy-hood (in NAPA!!!), and happy.

It really doesn’t get much better than this.
