He was perfect and slept the ENTIRE shoot – what a good boy.

We finished off when Nolan woke up with some family shots!

I just adore these perfect babies.

It’s a good thing I have a wee one, or I may have gotten baby fever.

Meet Sweet Baby Drue

Six Days Old.

Baby J made me work for it, but it was quite worth it.

His daddy will be proud – A P90X baby already!

I had always heard about Lisa – she used to date one of the guys at our high school.

This was back in the 90s – woah

Then in 2008 I was chatting with a close guy friend of mine and he tells me he is dating THAT LISA and… it was serious.

Come to find out even my husband knew Lisa, through the FW music scene.

She is a terrific singer and songwriter!

(It was all too crazy… everyone is bound to know everyone here in the Fort)

Next thing I know we are sharing the exact same wedding day!

Ryan and Lisa had sweet little P last month and I arrived to capture him when he was 11 days old.

I can’t even say how perfect he was.  He slept the ENTIRE session and posed with ease.

Ryan and Lisa helped me out so much – with unpacking my load, posing babe, getting things prepped prior to me arriving and EVEN feeding me!

You two are precious and I am SO grateful to see that you each are just perfect for one another and truly have the best hearts.

BabyP is one lucky little fella.

(Lisa was on bedrest for a lot of the pregnancy and got a ‘creative’ kick.  Most of the nursery goodies were made with love by HER!)

We met Seth’s parents when their home burned down a couple of years ago.

Paul works for a custom home builder and they hired his company to rebuild their home.

We LOVE LOVE LOVE them and are so thankful we have become friends.

This family is fun, they truly enjoy the spirit of life, LOVE NEW ORLEANS TOO, host so many fun get togethers, and they are so kind, gracious and faithful.

What a blessing R&P truly are to us and to so many of their friends.

We got a text from them when we were in Mexico to attend a last minute super bowl party…

Well, Mamas – if you want to go into labor… just invite a lot of friends over for a fun time.

Baby will surely decide to come then!   and HE DID!!!

I was so excited to capture their beautiful new son just after we arrived back… they waited to find out what they were having; like we are.

She said it was so special having that surprise on the birth day, I cannot wait!

I met Kelly and Jimmy years ago (probably 8 or so) when I we all worked for Reata.

They moved to NYC a few year back to pursue acting… traveled, loved life and are now settled back in the metroplex.

Luckily social media allows you to keep up with distant friends – through all of their chapters of life.

They moved back just in time to introduce Texas to their sweet new little boy… Asher.

He was a good baby… so wonderful for me.
