I had Pierson when I was only twenty-TWO and through hard times he has been THE major rock in my life. In fact his name means ‘Rock’ how suiting. Today he entered the first grade, which is crazy – I mean I am about to have a SEVEN year old. Six still sounds young, but seven… that’s a real BIG boy. My son is very strong willed. He is intelligent and has always become fixated on things; it started when he was a baby – at the moment it’s making as much noise as possible. Pierson used the word ‘similar’ when he was three years old and is a numbers man. We think he could be an Engineer someday. He is a fantastic brother and is my personal runner – which he learned while having a new baby in the house. He will argue until we are ALL blue in the face and is super independent – I swear he would choose to run this house if he could. Pierson is very sensitive and is a Mommy’s boy to the max. I love him dearly and am very proud of his good heart. He is compassionate, loving, and thoughtful. I pray that this year will be as great as last for him – he was a super student and was very well behaved. Look at how cute he is!
*On a side note, we went to eat lunch with him and as Parx and I were leaving, he began to cry (a’hem: ‘Mommy’s Boy’ and Very Sensitive). I can’t imagine what it’s like to be there watching your mommy and sister head back home to hang out and play. The school counselor called to reassure me that he was doing well after recess
I am so blessed to have a relationship with his school!
He picked out the bags from Gap… Spiders are COOL!
All Pierson wanted to do was hold his sister.![]()
I am one LUCKY Mama!
This is when f/2.8 is not your friend
My bad!
My son is getting more handsome by the day. (f/2.8 friend again)
Parx is a little excited to be with her BIG brother.
