I met my husband – (Eduardo) Paul Jenkins – three and a half years ago. He is originally from Baton Rouge and took a job that landed him in Dallas after college (he is a Louisiana Tech alumni). I am so thankful he took that job in Dallas, because not long after living in the BIG D he realized that Fort Worth seemed more like ‘home’ for him. Thank goodness he moved and became settled here in the Fort… for this is where I met my P.Love. Unfortunately all of his family is 7+ hours away in Louisiana, but we try to see them as often as we can. Now, I LOVE the fact that we get to travel to LA – if you haven’t noticed I am a bit of a fan of NOLA . So, when we get to hang there I feel somewhat at home and it is an artist’s dream city. Paul’s father and step-mama have moved to St. Francisville which is in between Baton Rouge and the Mississippi border. This is a quaint town filled with antique stores, haunted plantation homes, moss covered trees, and a lot of history. We took Pierson out sans baby so he could check out the cute town and the old train was the best prop we could’ve asked for.

We are going to get either a canvas or big print of this door for artwork in our home.

There is something about this photo of littlePman… it rocks my world!

I believe this is how you make a gazebo look cool 😉
